Few Words

This week I had the opportunity to learn about ads and how to make an ad in Google AdWords. That made me think more about, how important is to choose the right words to attract people. I was thinking that in real life happens the same thing. If we choose the right words, we really can attract people to us and engage people in one purpose.

The challenge is to use just a few words to say everything you want, to engage and attract people to your purposes. That is a tough task. The big challenge in our days is not how to communicate, because we have many different ways to communicate what we want, the internet has an infinity of tools that help us to communicate to the world what we think, want and desire, but the real challenge is communication itself. Usually, we start speaking about one subject, we didn't finish talking about it and start another one, and this one is also not finished and we start another one, and so on.

Here follow some hints that worked for me. First; understand what people want. Second; understand what you want. Third; prepare your speech in just 144 characters, yes!!!! tweet your speech. Four; listen to people's opinions. This way we can follow a train of thought. keep in the subject and find solutions.

Ok! you may think: but, what about AdWords? how to use these hints to make the ad? the answer is exactly what I mean it.

First: what people want? sales, promotions, experiences...... what they want? You have to find out!

Second: what you want? sell, promote your website, followers........ what you want? You have to find out!

Third: after understanding what you and your clients want, Prepare your speech in just 144 characters, be concise and direct!

Fourth: Listen to people´s opinion, you have to follow up your ad, find out if your speech is attracting people to your business, if yes, congrats you made a great job understanding what they wanted, if not you will have to start again since hint number one.

U$ 100,00 Challenge, WEEK ONE

Last week I wrote about the project we would start and today I will report how was it. We start to offer our services, ( when I say our is because its me and my wife, she is the person who "knows the things", I am the person who "manage and sell" ) and we have some clients this week, with a considerable profit. In every business my hint is always have someone who "knows the things" and other who "sell the things" it is possible to have both in a single person, but to execute both functions is very difficult, so in our case we decided to separate the functions. we both have to know about products and how to sell it but each one execute one specific function.           This week I read about how important is the name of your company, and how the entrepreneurs let to choose the name of his or her company as the last part of the process. We worried about the business plan, budget, partnerships, clients among many others and we le...
