U$ 100,00 Challenge, WEEK ONE

Last week I wrote about the project we would start and today I will report how was it. We start to offer our services, ( when I say our is because its me and my wife, she is the person who "knows the things", I am the person who "manage and sell" ) and we have some clients this week, with a considerable profit. In every business my hint is always have someone who "knows the things" and other who "sell the things" it is possible to have both in a single person, but to execute both functions is very difficult, so in our case we decided to separate the functions. we both have to know about products and how to sell it but each one execute one specific function.

This week I read about how important is the name of your company, and how the entrepreneurs let to choose the name of his or her company as the last part of the process. We worried about the business plan, budget, partnerships, clients among many others and we let to choose the name of our company as the last thing. Very interesting this article because, all the names that I have thought for our future business were bad names according to this article.

Another video very interesting is about, the new business model from Guy Kawasaki, two things that caught my attention were be specifc and ask for women! this is really true.

Ok, but lets talk about business and money now! The first week we had four, facial peeling. That was surprising for us because we expected to have one or two, but when we start talking to the people, everyone wanted to try and to know more about, and next week we already have two clients scheduled.

Let´s check our expenses in week 1:

1.  FourSurgical gloves: U$ 4,00
2. Four Masks: U$ 1,00
3. Four Work hours: U$: 40,00

Total costs: U$ 45,00

Let´s check our revenues in week 1:

1. Four facial Peelings: U$ 137

Total revenue: U$ 137

Let´s check our profit:

1. expenses: U$ 45,00
2. Revenue: U$ 137

Total: U$ 92,00 about R$ 322,00
