Today I will start declaring some important hints for a entrepreneur:
1. Have clear and SMART goals.
2. Always keep your word.
3. If you made a mistake, admit and corret it.
4. Don´t be afraid to change.
By the way, my name is Leonardo De Toledo Krieger and I am 34 Years old. I run my own business since 2003, I start my business career when I was 21 years old, buying a franchise of a language school in Brazil. We start from zero students with a lot of debts and doubts, nowadays we have more than 700 students and we graduated more than 3000 students in these passed 13 years, and we are not satisfied yet. We always want more!!!
The main objective of this blog is to share experinces of learning and inspiration. This week I learned, that is very important to have a mentor, and I have some very good mentors in my life. I will list some of them.

3. Carlos Martins
I don´t know in all the world a better sallesman than my father, He taught me since I was a kid that every business will need a sallesman. He raised our family(my mother and three kids) selling shirt buttons. If you susteined a family selling buttons, you can sell everything.
Carlos Martins taught me many things, but maybe one of the most important things are that money matters, but our relationship with the divinity matter most.
